At V Jewelers, we want you to be completely captivated by your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that custom-engraved pieces and final sale items are not eligible for return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully place your jewelry in its original velvet box and secure it within a padded shipping mailer to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid insured shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our gemologists verify the item's condition, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
